Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz good-quality semi-sweet chocolate, divided
  • 8 oz mini pretzel twists
  • 11 oz caramel bits
  • Flake finishing salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 8 oz of the chocolate gently in the microwave on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper. Immediately place the pretzels on top, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
  4. Melt the caramel bits with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions. Stir well and drizzle over the pretzels.
  5. Melt the remaining 4 oz of chocolate and drizzle over the caramel layer. Sprinkle lightly with flake finishing salt.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set. Break or cut into pieces and enjoy.
