A sweet and salty treat combining chocolate, pretzels, and caramel.
Ingredients

- 12 oz good-quality semi-sweet chocolate, divided
- 8 oz mini pretzel twists
- 11 oz caramel bits
- Flake finishing salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt 8 oz of the chocolate gently in the microwave on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper. Immediately place the pretzels on top, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
- Melt the caramel bits with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions. Stir well and drizzle over the pretzels.
- Melt the remaining 4 oz of chocolate and drizzle over the caramel layer. Sprinkle lightly with flake finishing salt.
- Refrigerate until fully set. Break or cut into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- For extra flavor, use chocolate with a touch of vanilla or sea salt caramel.
