Description

A delicious pizza-inspired dish packed with protein from cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, bell peppers, mushrooms, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
