Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, bell peppers, mushrooms, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
