Ingredients

1 tsp baking soda 🥄
½ tsp salt 🧂
2 large eggs 🥚🥚
½ cup vegetable oil 🛢️
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained 🍍
½ cup chopped nuts (optional) 🌰


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. 🏺

2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. 🌾🥄

3️⃣ Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, then add oil, vanilla, and crushed pineapple (with juice). 🍍🥚
