Description

A copycat version of P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
  4. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.

Notes

  • Use iceberg or butter lettuce for best results.
  • Customize with additional toppings like chopped peanuts or cilantro.
