Description
A copycat version of P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
Notes
- Use iceberg or butter lettuce for best results.
- Customize with additional toppings like chopped peanuts or cilantro.
