Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint bark
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Fold in crushed peppermint bark.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little milk for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
