Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add the corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the balls for another hour to set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
