Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice, layer mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter.
- Top with the second slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut in half and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate peanut butter.
- Feel free to add sliced bananas for extra sweetness.
- Adjust the amount of marshmallows and chocolate chips to your preference.
