Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On one slice, layer mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut in half and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate peanut butter.
  • Feel free to add sliced bananas for extra sweetness.
  • Adjust the amount of marshmallows and chocolate chips to your preference.
