Ingredients
2 cups pretzels, crushed
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the Pretzel Crunch:
Crush the pretzels into small pieces using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin. You want a mix of smaller bits and some larger chunks for a good crunch.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, honey, and powdered sugar. Stir until everything is evenly mixed and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.

Shape the Bars:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars later. Press the peanut butter-pretzel mixture into the dish, making sure it’s compact and even. Use the back of a spoon to press it down firmly.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
Top with Chocolate:
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture, spreading it evenly with a spatula. You can use a spoon to drizzle a little extra if you like extra chocolate on top.

Chill and Set:
Place the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set and the bars to firm up.
Cut and Serve:
Once set, remove the bars from the baking dish and cut them into squares or rectangles.

Enjoy: These bars offer the perfect balance of sweet and salty with a satisfying crunch!
