Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups chopped peanut butter cups (about 16 pieces)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer the Ingredients: In the prepared dish, spread half of the chopped peanut butter cups on the bottom.
Mix the Cake Batter: In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, milk, peanut butter, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
Pour the Batter: Pour the batter over the peanut butter cups in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Top with More Peanut Butter Cups: Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter cups and chocolate chips over the batter.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is set and slightly gooey in the middle.
