Golden, flaky Peach Almond Danish Bites topped with sweet peach slices and crunchy almonds. A perfect balance of buttery pastry and fruity goodness.


Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed ❄️
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened 🧀
2 tbsp powdered sugar 🍚
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
1 peach, thinly sliced 🍑
2 tbsp sliced almonds 🌰
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) 🥚
1 tbsp honey or apricot jam 🍯
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) 🌟

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 📜🔥
2️⃣ Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. 🍶✨
3️⃣ Cut & shape: Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 9 squares. Place them on the baking sheet. 🥐🔪
4️⃣ Assemble: Spread a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Top with a peach slice and a sprinkle of almonds. 🍑🌰
5️⃣ Fold the edges slightly inward to create a little border. Brush the edges with egg wash for a golden finish. 🥚🖌️
