Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on it.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
