Parmesan-Crusted Baked Halibut is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that delivers crispy cheese and tender fish.

- 4 halibut fillets (about 6 oz / 170 g each)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on it.
- Evenly press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Fresh halibut provides the best flavor and texture.
