Panda Express Kung Pao Chicken is a spicy stir-fry dish made with chicken, peanuts, and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Mix in peanuts and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
