Ingredients

For the Feta Rolls:
1 package of feta cheese (200g) 🧀
4-6 sheets of phyllo dough 🥙
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
For the Chili Honey:
1/4 cup honey 🍯
1-2 tbsp chili flakes 🌶️ (adjust to your spice level)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 🍎

Instructions

Preheat the Oven 🔥
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Feta Filling 🧀
Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Assemble the Rolls 🥙
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface, and lightly brush it with olive oil using a pastry brush. Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top, brushing it again with olive oil. Repeat with all the phyllo sheets.
Roll and Cut ✂️
Spread the crumbled feta mixture along the short edge of the dough. Carefully roll it up into a log shape, making sure to seal the edges tightly.
Bake 🍽️
Place the feta rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with more olive oil, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Make the Chili Honey 🌶️🍯
In a small saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Heat on medium-low and stir for a minute or two until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
Drizzle & Serve 🍯🌶️
Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle with the chili honey sauce. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, savory feta with the sweet, spicy drizzle!
