Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
Notes
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
