Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
