Description
A close-up of an Oreo Cheesecake Dump Cake featuring a rich Oreo crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top, garnished with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pack Oreo cookies (about 15-20, crushed)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup milk
Whipped topping (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Crush the Oreos into small pieces using a food processor or place them in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Leave about 1/2 cup for topping.
Mix the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the dump cake:
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread the crushed Oreos evenly on top of the cheesecake layer.
Pour the dry cake mix evenly over the Oreo layer.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the dry cake mix.
Pour the milk over the entire mixture (don’t stir).
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Cool the dump cake for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve with a dollop of whipped topping and extra crushed Oreos on top. Enjoy!
Tips:
For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or a few more crushed Oreos on top before baking!
Let the dump cake cool slightly before serving to let the cheesecake layer set.
Enjoy this deliciously simple dessert that’s perfect for any occasion!
