Ingredients
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
, melted and slightly cooled
1 cup (200g) brown sugar 
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp orange zest 
1 tsp ground ginger 
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt 
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
½ cup chopped pecans 
½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until fully incorporated.
Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Gently fold into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Incorporate Pecans: Stir in chopped pecans and white chocolate chips (if using) for extra sweetness.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool & Serve: Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares or bars.
