Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup orange chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add peas and carrots, cooking until tender.
- Stir in cooked rice and orange chicken.
- Add soy sauce and orange juice, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with sliced green onions before serving.
