Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt, and mix until combined.
- Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
