- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and milk mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Can be served plain or with frosting.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
