Ingredients
Scale
- 250 g granola
- 150 g peanuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons (≈45 g) peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons (≈60 ml) honey (add more if needed for stickiness)

- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Divide the mixture evenly into each cup.
- Press down firmly to form a cup shape and create a small dent in the center for the filling.
- Freeze for 5–10 minutes until firm.
- Melt peanut butter until smooth.
- Spoon melted peanut butter into the center of each granola cup.
- Freeze again for 5–10 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave.
- Spoon the melted chocolate on top of each peanut butter-filled cup.
- Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge, or freeze for longer storage.
