Description

No-Bake Holiday Crunch Cookies are a quick and easy treat perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 2 cups marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, melt chips. Remove from heat.
  2. Add in peanut butter and stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in rice krispies and marshmallows and stir until combined.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.
  5. Chill in fridge until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in fridge.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a double boiler, create one using a saucepan and a bowl.
  • Be careful when removing the bowl as it will be hot.
