No-Bake Holiday Crunch Cookies are a quick and easy treat perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups marshmallows
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt chips. Remove from heat.
- Add in peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Mix in rice krispies and marshmallows and stir until combined.
- Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.
- Chill in fridge until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in fridge.
Notes
- If you don’t have a double boiler, create one using a saucepan and a bowl.
- Be careful when removing the bowl as it will be hot.
