Description

No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites are a healthy snack packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional, chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
  • Handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder (if using) until thick and smooth.
  3. Fold in nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or freeze for 30 minutes).
  6. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
