Description

Delicious mushroom ravioli filled with spinach and served with a light sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mushroom ravioli
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot.
  2. Add the mushroom ravioli and cook until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. While the ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Drain the ravioli and add to the pan with spinach and garlic.
  7. Toss gently to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Use fresh ravioli for best results.
