Description
Delicious mushroom ravioli filled with spinach and served with a light sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of mushroom ravioli
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add the mushroom ravioli and cook until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
- While the ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain the ravioli and add to the pan with spinach and garlic.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use fresh ravioli for best results.
- Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
- This dish pairs well with a light salad.
