A refreshing and tangy pasta salad featuring dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, pickles, red onion, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of dill pickles to your taste.
- You can add chopped celery for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
