- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package mini pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Place mini pie crusts in a muffin tin.
- Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought mini pie crusts for convenience.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
