Ingredients

  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place tostada shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada.
  4. Add shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the beans.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, olives, and avocado.
