- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place tostada shells on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, olives, and avocado.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
