Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, flour, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
