Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and water.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
  4. Thread meatballs onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
  7. Serve meatball skewers warm with tzatziki on the side.
