Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the marshmallow fluff until fully incorporated.
  8. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture.
  10. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  12. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
