Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the marshmallows with water in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
- Knead the mixture until smooth and pliable.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store unused fondant in an airtight container.
- Dust your work surface with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
- Color the fondant with gel food coloring if desired.
