- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Pour the pear mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the pie cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
