Tender steak bites glazed in a sweet and tangy maple balsamic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak bites to the skillet.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
- Adjust sweetness by altering the amount of maple syrup.
- Serve with vegetables or over rice.
