Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
For the Parmesan Crust:

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
-
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Optional: a pinch of crushed red pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare and Cook the Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).

Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
2. Make the Parmesan Crust:

In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, provolone, mayonnaise, mustard, and parsley until combined.
3. Top and Bake:

Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp: 165°F/74°C) and the topping is bubbly and golden.
4. Serve:

Garnish with extra parsley.
