Description
Cheesy loaded beef cheeseburger pasta skillet with ground beef, melted cheese, and pickles served hot in a cast iron pan.
Ingredients
– 300 g pasta (elbow macaroni or your choice)
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
– 250 ml beef broth
– 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded
– 100 g cream cheese
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
