Delicious truffles made from Little Debbie Holiday Tree Cakes, coated in white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box Little Debbie Holiday Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
- 8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
- 3 tbsp festive sprinkles
- 3 tbsp red candy melts (optional)
- Green sanding sugar for decoration
Instructions
- Unwrap the Holiday Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.
- Using a handheld mixer, mix the cakes until a crumbly dough forms.
- Mix in the festive sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely, and return to the baking sheet.
- Melt the red candy melts in a piping bag or ziplock bag using 30-second microwave intervals.
- Drizzle the red candy melts over the truffles.
- Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and chill in the fridge until set.
Notes
- Chill the cake balls for 15–20 minutes before dipping to make coating easier.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- You can skip the red drizzle or change colors for different holidays.
