Ingredients

- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the pan.
- Toss in arugula and mix until wilted.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve topped with burrata cheese.
