Description

A delicious and savory Korean ramen dish with tender beef.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 packets of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add soy sauce and gochujang, stir well.
  6. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Use any type of beef you prefer.
  • Top with a soft-boiled egg for extra flavor.
