Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less gochujang.
