Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
