Description

Ingredients

  • Jalapenos – 4-6, depending on size
  • Cheese (cream cheese or cheddar) – 1 cup
  • Bacon – 6 slices
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is crispy.
