Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in grated zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and basil; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend if a smoother consistency is desired.
