Delicious and chewy salted caramel apple bars perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Spread diced apples evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm with ice cream for a delicious dessert.
