- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
