Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
