Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in almond flour and baking powder until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
