- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.

- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less broth.
