- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding water, oil, and egg.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt to create the cookie dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
- In a greased muffin tin, add a layer of brownie batter, followed by a scoop of cookie dough, and top with more brownie batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
