Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Brew 16 oz (2 cups) of water with a green tea bag. Stir in honey while the tea is still hot so it dissolves easily.
  2. Cool the Tea: Let the tea chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or pour it over ice to cool quickly (note this may slightly dilute the flavor).
  3. Assemble the Drink: Fill a large cup or mason jar with ice. Pour the cooled green tea over the ice.
  4. Add Flavor: Stir in lemon juice and freeze-dried strawberries.
  5. Serve: Mix well and enjoy immediately.
