Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add diced chicken.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
