Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets 
3 tablespoons olive oil 
1/4 cup honey 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Fresh parsley for garnish 
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a delicious side dish! 
Tips:
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes for a spicy kick. 
Try drizzling with balsamic glaze before serving for added sweetness.
