Ingredients
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Chicken Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
Combine with Pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish, then pour the chicken and pasta mixture into the dish. Spread evenly.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
Bake:
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
