- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the pan and sear until golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce together.
- Pour the honey BBQ mixture over the chicken in the pan.
- Add rice and chicken broth to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pan.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
